A dinner we have to honor elders and other people who have helped contribute to the success of the school and the students. The Dancing Turtles open the dinner with a ceremonial dance. The teachers and staff serve our families, the students take crafts they made for the event and give them to elders who are important to them, and at the end we have a turkey raffle where families enter into a drawing to get a free turkey.
