Native American Day at the State Fair

Tribes from all over Washington come to the Washington State Fair for Native American Days, two days set aside for tribes and Native organizations to present their tribes and the traditions of these tribes to the community. Every year, the Wa He Lut Dancing Turtles Native Dance Group is invited to present their Native dances for onlookers at the Washington State Fair. This year, the Coastal dancers performed for the fair, but both Plains and Coastal dancers have taken turns participating in this event every year.
